The Boot Camp goes beyond theory, using multiple evidence-based techniques to help learners lower stress and anxiety, boost wellbeing and self-esteem, and ultimately get the most out of their brains.

STUDENTS WILL LEARN:
  • how to identify and regulate their emotional state with guided meditations and mindfulness
  • how to lower stress and anxiety using a range of evidence-based psychological techniques
  • how to listen boost willpower and confidence using value-based affirmations
  • what foods to eat (and what foods to avoid) for optimal mental health
